My name is Haolin Zeng (曾浩林), or Horace. I am currently a postdoc researcher at the University of Georgia-Athens. I am also passionate about art and science communication.

My research is driven by a deep fascination with eusocial insects, particularly in how complex behavioral phenotypes emerge within ant colonies. I aim to uncover the behavioral, chemical signaling, and genetic mechanisms that allow these intricate superorganisms to evolve to be a highly successful groups of animals.
